| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je seznámit čtenáře s rekvalifikací jako s jednou z forem dalšího vzdělávání. V rámci teoretické části je rekvalifikace zasazena do kontextu Strategie celoživotního učení. Je zde uveden dvojí pohled na rekvalifikaci. Nejprve z pohledu jednotlivce či instituce, která se rozhodne, že chce realizovat rekvalifikační kurzy. A v druhé části z hlediska účastníků. Praktická část je založena na kvalitativním výzkumu formou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Cílem výzkumu je seznámit se s životními příběhy respondentů, které je dovedly až k samotné rekvalifikaci, identifikovat důvody k rekvalifikaci, očekávaný budoucí přínos a informační kanály. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to introduce retraining as one of many options of further education. In the theoretical part, the retraining is put into context of The Strategy of Lifelong Learning. There are introduced two points of view on this issue. Firstly, from the side of the institution or the person who decides to organize the retraining. In the second part, from the participant's perspective. The practical part is dedicated to qualitative research done by semistructured interview. The purpose of the research is to introduce respodent's life stories, which led them to the retraining. The goal is to identify reasons of taking a retraining, participant's expectations and information channels. |
