| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce je na téma „Využití manažerského účetnictví pří řízení režijních nákladů v NNO“. Charakterizuje odvětví neziskových organizací. Zabývá se financováním ochrany životního prostředí a také financováním oblasti EVVO. Popisuje vybrané prvky manažerského účetnictví aplikovatelné u neziskových subjektů, konkrétně postavení a funkci controllera, druhy nákladů, rozpočty, metody kalkulace a alokace nákladů. Práce se speciálně zaměřuje na controlling v NNO. V praktické části analyzuje současné procesy vybrané nestátní neziskové organizace Ekocentrum Koniklec, o.p.s. a vytváří nový vnitřní systém pro řízení režijních nákladů. |

| Abstract: | This thesis is entitled "Use of managerial accounting in the management overheads of NGOs". It characterizes the non-profit sector. It deals with the financing of environmental protection as well as with the financing of the environmental education area. It describes selected elements of managerial accounting applicable to non-profit entities, namely the position and function of the controller, cost types, budgets, costing methods and cost allocation. The work focuses specifically on the controlling of NGOs. In the practical part it analyzes the current processes of the selected nongovernmental nonprofit organization Ekocentrum Koniklec, o.p.s. and creates a new internal system for managing overheads. |
