| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce pojednává a komparaci majetkových daní v zemích Beneluxu a České republiky. Jejím cílem je popis jednotlivých majetkových daní, jejich porovnání a zhodnocení. Práce obsahuje úvodní teoretickou část, kde se definuje a popisuje daň a historie majetkových daní. Poté následují čtyři části, kde každá část obsahuje jeden stát a podrobný popis daných majetkových daní. Poslední kapitola je věnována srovnání daných států a vyvození závěru. |

| Abstract: | Bachelor thesis deals with the comparison of property taxes in Benelux and the Czech Republic. Its aim is to describe individual property taxes, their comparison and appreciation. The thesis contains an introductory theoretical part, where the tax and the history of property taxes are defined and described. Then, there are four sections, each section containing one state and a detailed description of theproperty taxes. The last chapter is devoted to comparing the states and drawing conclusions. |
