| Abstract: | V roce 2018 nabylo účinnosti hned několik nových právních předpisů vztahujících se k distribuci finančních produktů, proto téma této diplomové práce lze považovat za poměrně aktuální. První třetina práce se zabývá právě právní úpravou distribučních kanálů na finančním trhu, v současnosti a v nejbližší budoucnosti. Druhá část pomocí struktury úspor a zadlužeností domácností včetně determinant spotřeby a míry úspor přináší analýzu statistických údajů o poptávce po finančních produktech ze strany domácností. Nakonec třetí oddíl práce se týká trendů v distribuci finančních produktů včetně příkladů konkrétních technologických řešení a inovací na trhu. Nechybí ani pokus o vizi budoucího rozvoje finančních služeb jako celku nad rámec distribuce. |

| Abstract: | In 2018, several new legal regulations relevant to the distribution of financial products came into legal force, so the theme of this diploma thesis can be considered relatively up to date. The first part of the thesis deals with the legal regulation of distribution channels in the financial market at present and in the near future. The second part provides household demand financial products statistics analysis through the use of savings structure and household indebtedness, including the determinants of consumption and the savings rate. Finally, the third section deals with trends in the distribution of financial products, including examples of specific technological solutions and market innovations. There is also an attempt to anticipate the future development of financial services as a whole beyond the distribution. |
