| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá systémem řízení pohledávek městské části Praha 7 se zaměřením na pohledávky z nájmů obecních bytů. Cílem je zhodnotit systém řízení těchto pohledávek za pomoci účetních výkazů, metodik a názorů představitelů této městské části získaných při osobních rozhovorech. V první části se práce zaměřuje na vymezení základních pojmů z oblasti veřejné správy a řízení pohledávek. V druhé části jsou již konkrétně rozebrány příslušné dokumenty týkající se pohledávek městské části Praha 7. V závěru práce nabízí zhodnocení systému řízení pohledávek a návrhy na jeho zlepšení. |

| Abstract: | This thesis is about the receivables management system of the municipal district Prague 7 , it is focused on receivables from municipal flats’ rent. The goal is to evaluate the management system using financial statements, methodology, and opinions of the municipal district´s representatives acquired during personal interviews. The first part is focused on defining basic concepts of public administration and receivables. In the second part there are specifically analysed the relevant documents concerning receivables of the municipal district Prague 7. At the end of the thesis you can find evaluation of the management systeem of receivables and suggestions for its improvement. |
