| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou fundamentální a technické analýzy na kapitálových trzích. V práci by měl být zhodnocen vliv globální ekonomiky, odvětví a firemních ukazatelů na hodnotu akcie. Každá z těchto složek je podrobně popsána a následně prakticky doplněna. Cílem této práce je analyzovat společnost a ohodnotit její akcie. V samotném závěru bude vyjádřeno investiční doporučení spolu s načasováním obchodu, založeném na technické analýze. |

This thesis should also consider the influence of the global economy, the sphere and the company indicators onto the share value. Each of these parts is closely described and followed by practical analysis. The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the company and valuate its shares. At the end, the investment recommendation will be expressed along with timing, based on technical analysis. |
