| Abstract: | Diplomová práce má za cíl nalezení tržní hodnoty společnosti Agrotes, spol. s r. o., která působí převážně na trhu s hnojivy, pesticidy a komoditami. Hodnota je stanovena tak, aby co nejvíce odrážela reálnou situaci na tomto trhu. Ocenění je provedeno k 1. 1. 2016. Využito je metody diskontovaných peněžních toků, typu DCF Equity, dále je hodnota společnosti stanovena na základě tržního porovnání. Diplomová práce je členěna na finanční analýzu, která hodnotí výkonnost společnosti za posledních 5 let, strategickou analýzu zkoumající vnitřní a vnější potenciál podniku, prognózu generátorů hodnoty, sestavení finančního plánu, a nakonec je provedeno samotné ocenění společnosti již zmíněnými metodami. |

| Abstract: | The goal of master’s thesis is to find Market Value of the company Agrotes, spol. s r. o., which would reflect the real situation on agriculture market. The valuation is performed to the date 1. 1. 2016. The discounted cash flow method, DCF Equity, has been used and, in addition, branch multiples are determined. The master’s thesis is divided into financial analysis, which evaluates the performance of the company in the last 5 years, strategic analysis that focuses on internal and external potential, forecast value drivers, drawing up the financial plan and company valuation. |
