| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je popis a zhodnocení kalkulačního systému v podniku. Zhodnocení je provedeno na základě teoretických poznatků manažerského účetnictví. Dalším cílem je návrh na zlepšení tohoto kalkulačního systému a vyjádření rozdílu v rozhodování na základě stávajícího kalkulačního systému a na základě nově navrženého kalkulačního systému. |

| Abstract: | The main goal of this thesis is a description and an evaluation of a calculation system of a company. Evaluation is based on theoretical literature of management accounting. Another goal of this thesis is a suggestion to improvement of the calculation system and a demonstration of a difference in decision making based on the current calculation system and the new designed calculation system. |
