| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je provést hodnotící analýzu vybraného ERP systému z hlediska jeho podpory řízení po linii výkonu v manažerském účetnictví. Předmětem zkoumání je systém Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vymezení nástrojů manažerského účetnictví podporujících řízení po linii výkonu. Aplikační část poté analyzuje jednotlivé nástroje výše uvedeného systému a stanoví jeho silné a slabé stránky v informační podpoře řízení po linii výkonů. Pro slabé stránky pak předkládá doporučení pro jejich eliminaci. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to analyze strengths and weaknesses of a selected ERP system and its support of product costing management. The subjected system is Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations. The theoretical part is focused on introducing management accounting tools supporting the management of product costing. The application part then analyzes each of these tools and states strengths and weaknesses of the system in its support. For the weaknesses it then states its recommendations. |
