| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je provést analýzu dopadu zavedení elektronické evidence tržeb na podnikatele. Konkrétní zaměření je na podnikatele z 1. fáze podnikající v odvětví stravování a pohostinství (kód CZ-NACE 56).V první části této práce je popsán zákon č. 112/2016 Sb., o evidenci tržeb a zároveň jsou uvedeny výhody a nevýhody systému elektronické evidence tržeb. V praktické části je shrnuta nákladová náročnost systému dle náhodně vybraných respondentů, jejich znalost zmíněného zákona a úroveň porozumění. Závěr zahrnuje celkové hodnocení systému elektronické evidence tržeb a jeho dopadu na podnikatele. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze the impact of introducing electronic sales records on entrepreneurs. The specific attention is primarily given to the entrepreneurs from the 1st phase of running a business in sector catering and hospitality (code CZ-NACE 56).The first part of this diploma thesis presents Act No. 112/2016 Coll., on Registration of Sales, in addition the advantages and disadvantages of the system of electronic sales records are listed. The practical part summarizes the cost of the system according to randomly selected respondents, their knowledge and also the understanding level of the act mentioned above. The conclusion deals with an overall assessment of the system of electronic sales records andits impact on entrepreneurs. |
