| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku konstrukce tarifu ALFA od Modré pyramidy stavební spořitelny a.s. Primárně práce vysvětluje matematické základy potřebné ke konstrukci tarifu stavebního spoření. Ve druhé části jsou zhodnoceny parametrů tarifu ALFA a jejich vlivem na vývoj klientských vkladů a poskytnutých úvěrů. Ve třetí části se práce zabývá vývojem úrokového zisku a náklady v závislosti na vývoji tržních úrokových sazeb. Na závěr práce poskytuje nástin budoucího vývoje trhu při využívání tarifů s podobnou konstrukcí jakou je konstruován tarif ALFA. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis focuses on construction of building savings tariff ALFA from Modrá pyramida stavební spořitelna a.s. The thesis primarily explains the mathematical foundations needed to construct a building savings tariff. In the second part the parameters influencing deposits and loans are summarized. In the third part of the thesis the development of the interest income and interest expenses are described. In the final part possible future of the market of building savings contracts is covered according to using tariffs very similar the tariff ALFA. |
