| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se věnuje kontrole technického stavu osobních a nákladních automobilů. Teoretická část se zabývá legislativními požadavky pro realizaci automobilové zkušebny v České republice. Nedílnou součástí je představení historických dat týkajících se kontroly stavu automobilů. V praktické části je analyzován konkrétní podnikatelský záměr. Dále se práce zabývá analýzou historických dat, předpoklady pro úspěšně fungující provozovnu, propočtem budoucích nákladů, cenotvorbou, analýzou konkurence, volbou místa realizace a propočtem očekávaných budoucích výnosů. Cílem této práce bude zanalyzovat podnikatelský záměr. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with the control of the technical condition of passenger cars and trucks. The theoretical part deals with the legislative requirements for the implementation of an automotive testing facility in the Czech Republic. An integral part is the introduction of historical data on vehicle condition monitoring. The practical part analyzes a specific business plan, the thesis deals with the analysis of historical data, the prerequisites for successful operation, the calculation of future costs, pricing, competitive analysis, selection of the place of implementation and calculation of the expected future yields. The aim of this work is to analyze the business plan. |
