| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na tvorbu kalkulací v malém podniku, věnujícímu se výrobě cukrářských produktů. Práce se dělí na dvě části a to na část teoretickou a praktickou. V rámci teoretické části jsou uvedeny, za pomoci odborné literatury, všechny poznatky relevantní pro další využití v podniku. V praktické části je analyzovaný současný stav firmy a systém tvorby kalkulací. Následují přesné výpočty vyhotovené na základě skutečných dat. V závěru práce jsou pak uvedena doporučení a návrhy, sloužící k optimalizaci výroby.Všechna data sloužící k vyhotovení výpočtů byla získána na základě celkem 10 interview s managementem podniku. V rámci těchto jsem taktéž obdržela veškeré potřebné interní materiály k vyhotovení kalkulací. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis is focusing on the calculation system in small company that is producting confectionery. The text/document/thesis itself is divided into two separate categories – theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part consists of information taken from the professional literature that should be helpful for further use in the company. The practical part starts with analysing the current state and the system used to create calculations. The analytical part is followed by calculations created by using real and specific data from the company. In the conclusion of the practical part there are suggestions and recommendations that should be used for optimizing the production process.The data used to make the calculations was collected during a total of 10 interviews with the management of the company. Within the interviews I have also received all the internal information necessary for the process of calculations. |
