| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je věnována problematice elektronické evidence tržeb v České republice. Popisuje podstatu systému EET. Vysvětluje základní cíle elektronické evidence tržeb a pojmy s ní spojené. Práce vychází ze Zákona o evidenci tržeb. Jsou zde zhodnoceny dopady elektronické evidence do českého prostředí. V práci je dále představen model evidence tržeb Slovenské republiky, tzv. „off-line“ model, který je porovnán s elektronickou evidencí tržeb České republiky, která funguje na bázi „on-line“ modelu. |

| Abstract: | The Bachelor thesis deals with the issue of Electronic Registration of Sales ("ERS") in the Czech Republic. Thesis describes the essence of ERS system. It explains the idividual goals of the ERS and the concepts associated with it. The work is based on the Act on Registration of Sales. In the thesis the impact of electronic evidence on the Czech environment is evaluated. The thesis also presents a model of registration of sales of the Slovak Republic, the "off-line" model, which is compared with the Czech Republic's Electronic Registration of Sales, which operates on the "on-line" model. |
