| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá aktuálním stavem daňového odpočtu na výzkum a vývoj, který má sloužit primárně jako nepřímá podpora VaV. Nynější legislativní úprava odpočtu vyvolává v poplatnících daně nejistotu ohledně jeho uplatnění, stejně tak jako judikatura, která se v poslední době věnuje více formálním náležitostem než věcné stránce samotného VaV. Cílem této práce je navrhnout změny odpočtu, tak aby fungoval více jako nepřímá podpora VaV, zvýšila se právní jistota poplatníků a tím pádem odpočet zvyšoval konkurenceschopnost České republiky. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with the current status of R&D tax credit which should primarily be indirect support of R&D. The current legislation of the R&D tax credit raises taxpayers’ uncertainty as well as current case-laws which tends more to formalities than to the actual aspects of R&D itself. The aim of this work is to propose changes in the R&D tax credit so that it fulfils its original function as indirect support of R&D, the legal certainty of the taxpayers will increase and thus the R&D tax credit increase the competitiveness of the Czech Republic. |
