| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu motivační faktory zaměstnanců v podniku bankovní sféry. Teoretická část bakalářské práce se v první části zabývá základními pojmy motivace a popisem motivačních postupů a teorií. Druhá část se se věnuje stimulačním faktorům v pracovním prostředí a definici manažera a jeho vlivu na motivaci zaměstnanců. Praktická část je vypracována na základě dotazníku, který vyplnili zaměstnanci daného podniku. Cílem práce je analýza a následné vyhodnocení motivačních faktorů zaměstnanců a zjištění, zdali jsou motivační faktory zaměstnanců uspokojovány. Popřípadě navrhnout změny, které by měly pozitivní dopad na spokojenost a motivaci zaměstnanců. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis is dedicated to motivation factors of employees in the banking sphere. The theoretical part of the thesis in the first part explains main definitions of motivation and describes motivational types and theories. The second part is dedicated to stimulating factors in the working environment and the definition of the manager and his influence on the motivation of the employees. The practical part is based on a questionnaire filled in by the employees of the company. The aim of the thesis is to analyze and subsequently evaluate employee motivation factors and to find out if the motivation factors of the employees are satisfied. Possible proposals for changes that would have a positive impact on employee satisfaction and motivation. |
