| Abstract: | Práce se zaměřuje na problematiku založení a vzniku společnosti s ručením omezeným na území České republiky. Popisuje obecné povinnosti spojené s vedením účetnictví, včetně okamžiku jeho zahájení u nově vzniklé společnosti, a výpočet daně z příjmů právnických osob. Zároveň jsou v práci prezentovány výsledky výzkumu, který se věnuje zveřejňování účetních závěrek ve sbírce listin obchodního rejstříku konkrétními společnostmi s ručením omezeným. Vzorek společností s ručením omezeným byl pro výzkum vybrán územně dle sídla společnosti v blízkosti Vysoké školy ekonomické v Praze. |

| Abstract: | The thesis focuses on the issue of establishing and incorporating limited liability companies in the Czech Republic. It describes the general duties connected with accounting management, including the moment of its initiation in a newly established company and calculation of corporate income tax. At the same time, the thesis presents the results of a research dealing with presentation of financial statements in the collection of documents of the Commercial Register by specific limited liability companies. A sample of limited liability companies was selected for the research with respect to the location, according to the registered offices of companies in the vicinity of the University of Economics in Prague. |
