| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je provedení analýzy společnosti SpaceX z pohledu venture kapitálového fondu a poskytnutí investičního doporučení. První část se zabývá teoretickými poznatky odvětví private equity, respektive venture kapitálu. Následuje část praktická, která zkoumá podnik jako celek. Nejdříve je uvedena charakteristika společnosti, na kterou navazuje analýza relevantního trhu a vnitřního potenciálu společnosti. V další části je pak uskutečněna prognóza zisku a tržeb. Nakonec je firma podrobena exit analýze a analýze rizik. Z výsledků analýzy vyplývá, že společnost je v dobré kondici a má před sebou světlou budoucnost. Proto by společnost měla být podrobena due diligence, na jejímž základě by se mohla stát investičním cílem venture kapitálového fondu. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyse SpaceX from the point of view of a venture capital fund and to provide an investment recommendation. The first section addresses theoretical findings in private equity and venture capital. The following analytical section looks into the company as a whole. Firstly, the characteristics of the company are described, followed by an analysis of the relevant market and the company’s internal potential. The next section includes sales and earnings forecast. Finally, the company is a subject of exit analysis and risk analysis. The results of the analysis show that the company is in a good condition and has a bright future ahead. Therefore, the company ought to be a subject to due diligence on the basis of which it could become an investment target of the venture capital fund. |
