| Abstract: | Tématem této bakalářské práce je analýza Národní banky Ruska, její měnové politiky v letech 2008-2016 a současného bankovního systému Ruska. První kapitola je věnována teoretické charakteristice měnové politiky, jejímu omezení, transmisnímu mechanismu, centrální bance a bankovnímu systému.Druhá část práce se zaměřuje na bankovní systém Ruské federace: banky se státní a zahraniční účastí, pojišťovny, nestátní penzijní fondy a ostatní finanční instituce. Popsaná stručná charakteristika odvětví a klíčové subjekty v jednotlivých skupinách.Třetí část obsahuje popis měnové politiky Národní banky Ruské federace v jednotlivých letech, její nástroje a analýzu jejích účinností, cíle měnové politiky a posouzení jejích plnění. |

| Abstract: | This Bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of the National bank of the Russian Federation, its monetary policy between 2008 and 2016 and current banking system in Russia. The first chapter is devoted to theoretical definition of the monetary policy, its’ lags, the transmission mechanism, the central bank and the banking system.The second part focuses on the banking system in Russia: banks with government participation, foreign banks, insurance companies, non-governmental pension funds and other financial institutions. Brief characteristics of the sector are written along with the characteristics of the key subjects in the particular groups.The third part contains description of the monetary policy of the National bank of the Russian Federation in the particular years, its tools and the analysis of its effectiveness, goals of the monetary policy and the evaluation of its fulfilment. |
