| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá změnami v uplatňování paušálních výdajů u příjmů ze samostatné činnosti v letech 2012 až 2016 v České republice. Hlavním cílem je ukázat, zda změny ovlivnily výši výběru daně z příjmů fyzických osob. V první části je vymezen historický vývoj paušálních výdajů a jejich výhody a nevýhody a přechod ze skutečných výdajů na paušální výdaje. Ve druhé části práce je na základě dat od Generálního finančního ředitelství cíl práce analyzován na výběru daně z příjmů fyzických osob a na počtu poplatníků využívajících paušální výdaje. |

| Abstract: | The thesis is engaged in the changes of the application of lump sum expenses on self-employment income in the Czech Republic between 2012 and 2016. The main objective is to show whether the changes have affected the amount of collected personal income tax. The first part defines the historical development of lump sum expenses and their advantages and disadvantages and the transition from real expenses to lump sum expenses and vice versa. In the second part of the thesis, based on data from the General Directorate of Finance, the objective of the thesis is analyzed on the personal income tax collection and on the number of taxpayers applying lump sums expenses. |
