| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vyhodnocením výhodnosti finančního leasingu ve srovnání s úvěrovým financováním. Teoretická část poskytuje základní přehled o leasingu, jeho pojetí v českém právním prostředí a pohled na něj z účetního a daňového hlediska. Pro doplnění je uvedeno i základní chápaní leasingu podle mezinárodních účetních standardů IFRS. Praktická část je zaměřena na porovnání nabídek finančního leasingu a úvěru pro investiční záměry společnosti ZV – Nástroje s.r.o. s použitím metody diskontovaných výdajů a čisté výhody leasingu. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis is focusing on evaluation of an advantage of financial leasing in comparison to buying an asset on credit. The theoretical part provides a basic overview of leasing, its conception in the Czech legal environment and its view from accounting and tax perspective. For comparison, there is also mentioned basic overview of leasing under international accounting standards IFRS. The practical part focuses on comparison of financial leasing offers and loan for investment intention of the company ZV – Nástroje Ltd., using the method of discounted expenditure and net advantage of leasing. |
