| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na porovnání podnikání fyzických a právnických osob. Cílem práce je seznámit podnikatele s těmito typy podnikání a následně vymezit jejich hlavní výhody a nevýhody. V teoretické části jsou nejprve charakterizovány obě formy podnikání zvlášť včetně popisu daňové evidence a účetnictví. V následující kapitole jsou shrnuty hlavní odlišnosti podnikání fyzických osob oproti společnosti s ručením omezeným. V praktické části je pak pomocí fiktivního příkladu znázorněno, jak se některé hospodářské transakce evidují v daňové evidenci a v účetnictví. Vzniklé rozdíly jsou následně interpretovány a zdůvodněny napříč oběma systémy. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis focuses on comparison of the business of natural and legal persons. The aim of the thesis is to introduce entrepreneurs with these types of business and to define their main advantages and disadvantages. In the theoretical part, both forms of business are characterized separately, including the description of tax records and accounting. The following chapter summarizes the main differences between business of natural persons and the limited liability company. In the practical part, a fictitious example illustrates how some economic transactions are recorded in tax records and in accounting. The differences are then interpreted and justified across this two systems. |
