| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce, která se zabývá motivací zaměstnanců, konkrétně z pohledu zaměstnaneckých benefitů, je ukázat daňové a účetní dopady z pohledu zaměstnance i zaměstnavatele. Práce nejdříve obecně popisuje benefity a následovně ukazuje jejich využití na konkrétní společnosti, ze kterého vyplývá, že jejich nabídka je velmi různorodá a až na výjimky zaměřená na výhody, které jsou pro firmu daňově uznatelné. Charakteristika jednotlivých benefitů je doplněna o účetní operace vysvětlující účtování zaměstnaneckých výhod ve firmě, která účtuje podle rozvrhu určeného finančním institucím a bankám. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis, which deals with employee motivation, is to show the tax and accounting impacts from the point of view of employees and employer. The thesis first describes the benefits in generat and then shows their use on a particular company, which shows that their offer is very diverse and (with few exceptions) focused on tax deductible benefits. The characteristics of thei ndividual benefits are supplemented by accounting operations explaining the accounting of employee benefits in the company, which is accounted for according to the schedule designated for financial institutions and banks. |
