| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou zdanění profesionálních sportovců na území České republiky. Teoretická část je založena na identifikaci samotného problému ve zdaňování sportovců na území České republiky na základě obecného popsání systému zdanění příjmů a odvodů na sociální pojistné a dále pak na judikatuře Nejvyššího správního soudu. Praktická část obsahuje analýzu zdaňování sportovců v praxi. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with taxation of professional athletes in the territory of the Czech Republic. The theoretical part is based on the identification of the problem of taxation of athletes on the territory of the Czech Republic on the basis of a general description of the system of taxation of income and social security contributions, and also on the case law of the Supreme Administrative Court. The practical part contains an analysis of the taxation of athletes in practice. |
