| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je analýza vlivu existence odpočtu bezúplatného plnění od základu daně na ochotu firem darovat. První část je věnována problematice dárcovství a vysvětlení souvisejících pojmů. Charakterizována je také státní podpora filantropie ve formě daňového odpočtu od základu daně a jsou popsány podmínky jeho uplatnění. Hlavní část práce je věnována analýze primárních dat získaných prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření. Na základě těchto dat jsou vytvořeny skupiny respondentů, dle jejich ochoty darovat a dle znalosti zmiňovaného odpočtu. U těchto skupin je poté specifikována významnost existence odpočtu a odhadnut dopad případné legislativní změny odpočtu na jejich chování a ochotu poskytnout dar. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the effect of the tax deduction on the willingness of the companies to donate. The first part describes the issue of donation and explains related concepts. Also, state aid of philanthropy in the form of tax deduction from the tax base and conditions of its application are characterized. The main part of the thesis is devoted to the analysis of the primary data obtained through the questionnaire survey. Based on these data, groups of respondents are created, according to their willingness to donate and according to their knowledge of the mentioned tax deduction. Then the significance of the existence of tax deduction is specified in these groups and the impact of any legislative change in tax deduction on their behavior and the willingness to donate is estimated. |
