| Abstract: | Tématem bakalářské práce jsou příčiny finanční krize z roku 2008 v USA. Hlavním cílem práce je analýza jednotlivých příčin, které vedly ke krizi. Část práce je věnována teorii finančních krizí s jednotlivými druhy krizí. Zbytek práce se zaobírá jednotlivými příčinami a je rozdělen do čtyř kapitol, které obsahují spolu související příčiny. První kapitola obsahuje příčiny související s nemovitostním a hypotečním trhem. Další kapitoly se zabývají úvěrovou expanzí, sekuritizací, regulací a ratingovými agenturami. |

| Abstract: | The topic of the bachelor thesis are the causes of the 2008 financial crisis in the USA. The main objective of the thesis is to analyze the individual causes that led to the crisis. Part of the thesis is devoted to the theory of financial crises focusing on different kinds of crises. The rest of the work deals with the individual causes and is divided into four chapters, which contain related causes. The first chapter contains causes related to the real estate and mortgage market. The other chapters deal with credit boom, securitization, regulation, and rating agencies. |
