| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce má za cíl podat čtenáři ucelený přehled o mzdové agendě na území České republiky. Práce je tvořena několika částmi. V první části je věnována pozornost právním předpisům, zejména zákoníku práce. Jsou zde popsány pracovněprávní vztahy a důležité pojmy spojené se mzdovou agendou. V následujících částech jsou popsány složky mzdy a výpočet čisté mzdy, na které navazují administrativní povinnosti zaměstnavatele a komunikace s institucemi zdravotního pojištění, sociálního zabezpečení, finančním úřadem a dalšími organizacemi. V dalších kapitolách se bakalářská práce soustředí na účetnictví mzdové agendy a daňové konsekvence mezd. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the bachelor thesis is to provide a comprehensive overview of the payroll agenda in the Czech republic. The bachelor thesis consists of several parts. The first part of the bachelor thesis deals with legal regulations, especially the Labor Code. This part describes labor-law relations and other important concepts related to the payroll agenda. The other parts of the thesis describe the wage components and the net wage calculation, which are followed by the employer's administrative duties and communication with health insurance institutions, social security, tax authorities and other organizations. The bachelor thesis is also focused on the accounting of payroll agenda and the tax consequences of wages. |
