| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou daňových plateb v České republice, v níž jsou zahrnuty jednak položky z rozpočtové sklady, tak i některé další položky, jež mají podobné vlastnosti. První část se zabývá stručným popisem těchto plateb, jelikož mnoho z nich není obecně známých. Druhá část je samotná analýza, v níž jsou všechny položky srovnány z hlediska atributů daní a poplatků z příslušných definic a dle jejich výnosu. Také došlo k pohledu na efektivnost jejich výběru. Z analýzy kupříkladu vyplynulo, že pouze zlomek plateb s poplatkem v názvu splňuje definici poplatku. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with analysis of tax payments in the Czech Republic, which involves payments from the budget structure and also other payments which have similar characteristics. The first part deals with description of the payments, because many of them are not well-known. The second part focuses on analysis, where payments are compared to each other with respect to the attributes of taxes, fees and charges from appropriate definitions and their revenues. Moreover, the effectiveness of tax collection was also examined. One of the conclusions of the analysis is that only a few of the payments with the word “fee” in the title meet the definition of fee and charges. |
