| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je zpracovat a vyhodnotit finanční zdraví stavební společnosti DoPa-stavby CZ od roku 2014 do roku 2017. Firma je dále srovnána s konkurenčními podniky v daném odvětví. Dalším cílem je sestavení finančního plánu pro rok 2018.Práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí. První je část metodická, kde jsou popsány dané postupy využité při finanční analýze, poměrové ukazatele i bankrotní a bonitní modely. V druhé, aplikované, části jsou nejdříve podnik i konkurence charakterizovány. Následně jsou popsané postupy a ukazatele užity v praxi. Je provedena horizontální i vertikální analýza, poté jsou vyhodnoceny poměrové ukazatele i bankrotní a bonitní modely, které jsou následně srovnány s konkurenčními podniky. Závěrem této práce je provedení finančního plánu pro rok 2018. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to conduct and evaluate financial health of a construction company named DoPa-stavby CZ between the years 2014 and 2017. Further, the thesis compares the construction company with other companies in the industry. Another objective of the thesis is to create a financial plan for the year 2018.The project is divided to two pivotal parts. The first part, the theoretical one, describes the steps used during the financial analysis, the profitability ratios and the bankruptcy and creditworthy models. In the second part, the analytical one, the author characterizes the company itself and its competitors. In addition, the procedures are defined, and indicators are used in the practice. Horizontal and vertical analysis is performed, the profitability ratios and the bankruptcy and creditworthy models are examined and they are afterwards compared with the competing enterprises. The conclusion of this work is the implementation of the financial plan for 2018. |
