| Abstract: | Cílem práce je zhodnotit úroveň standardů řízení řidičů kamionů a nákladních vozidelz pohledu etiky a bezpečnosti. Kamionová doprava hraje nezastupitelnou roli v rámci dnešnílogistiky. Na základě vlastního dotazníkového šetření práce zkoumá postoj řidičů kamionovédopravy vůči zlozvykům při řízení, únavě při řízení, dodržování pracovních režimů amezinárodním standardům řízení. Výsledky šetření byly stanoveny na základě dvouvýběrovýcht-testů, párových korelací a lineární regrese. Závěry šetření byly stanoveny pokonzultaci s odborníky z oboru silniční dopravy a naznačují, že standardy řízení v rámci danéhovzorku respondentů nejsou na přijatelné úrovni a skýtají mnoho prostorů pro zlepšení. Výsledkyšetření dále naznačují, že poměrně nepříznivý stav nákladní silniční dopravy není dán pouzetěmito standardy řízení, ale má mnohem širší makroekonomické souvislosti. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the driving standards of drivers in the field of truck transportand road cargo transport. Truck transport is an essential part of modern logistics. Based on theresults of a questionnaire survey, this thesis examines truck drivers‘ attitude towards bad habitswhen driving, tiredness when driving, compliance with working hours and international drivingetiquette. Results of this survey were obtained using two-samples t-test, paired correlation andlinear regression. Conclusions of this survey were made after consultation with experts in thefield of road transport. Survey results indicate that the driving standards within the sample arenot on a suitable level. Furthermore, the unfavourable state of road cargo transport is notdetermined by driving standards only, but it has much wider macroeconomic context. |
