| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na venkovské základní školy jako na jednoho z aktérůrozvoje venkovských obcí. Cílem práce je zhodnocení významu existence základníškoly ve venkovských obcích do 800 obyvatel. Teoretická část práce se zabýváproblematikou venkovského prostoru, a základního školství v obecné rovině. V praktickéčásti je problematika venkovského školství řešena na konkrétnímu příkladu Jihočeskéhokraje a Kraje Vysočiny. V rámci analýzy významu školství na venkově bylo provedenodotazníkové šetření mezi starosty obcí se školou a mezi vedením venkovských škol.Výsledky byly následně verifikovány s výsledky dotazníkového šetření v rámci projektuIGS zaměřeného na venkovské obce bez škol. Na základě získaných poznatků bylaškola vyhodnocena jako důležitý prvek pro rozvoj obce, ale zároveň ji nelze považovatjako jediného aktéra, který ovlivňuje úroveň života v obci. Rozvoj obce je silněovlivněn geografickou polohou i socio-ekonomickou situací v regionu. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis is focused on rural basic schools as one of the influencersof the development in rural municipalities. The aim of the thesis is to evaluatethe impact of basic school in rural minucipalities with a population up to 800 residents.The theoretical part deals with the issue of rural areas and rural schools in general.The issue is practically solved on a specific example of the South Bohemian Region andthe Vysočina Region. Within the analysis of the importance of rural education,a questionnaire survey was carried out between the representatives of municipalitieswith the school and the leadership of rural schools. The results were subsequentlyverified with the results of a questionnaire survey within the IGS project aimed at ruralmunicipilaties without schools. Summarizing all the knowledge gained throughthe analysis, school was evaluated as an important participant in development of village,however it can not be considered as the sole actor influencing the standard of life in thevillage. The development of the village is heavily influenced by the geographicallocation and the socio-economic situation in the region. |
