| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je vytvořit kvalifikovaný odhad rozsahu opatření nutných pro stabilizaci odtokových poměrů v povodí řeky Jihlavy. Hlavním cílem je rozbor současného stavu vymezeného území v povodí řeky Jihlavy. Na základě rozboru daného území budou navržena potřebná komplexní revitalizační opatření. Zároveň budou pro tato revitalizační opatření stanoveny náklady nutné pro jejich realizaci, a to na základě modelové kalkulace. Stanovení rozsahu potřebných revitalizačních opatření bude provedeno na základě modelově řešeného reprezentativního vzorku. Tato práce reaguje na zhoršený odtokový režim, který se projevuje především v souvislosti s extrémními projevy počasí a špatnou kvalitou vod v povodí řeky Jihlavy. Tento stav je způsobený aktuálním stavem krajiny, která není schopna zadržet vodu. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the diploma thesis is to create a qualified estimate of the extend of the measures that are necessary to stabilize the drainage conditions in the Jihlava River basin. Therefore, the main objective is to analyze the current state of the defined territory in the Jihlava River basin. Based on the analysis of the territory, the necessary comprehensive revitalization measures will be proposed. The costs for implementing these revitalization measures will be determined on the basis of a calculation model. The extent of the necessary revitalization measures will be determined on the basis of a model-resolved representative sample. This work reacts to the impaired drainage regime, which manifests mainly in connection with extreme weather manifestations and poor water quality in the Jihlava River basin. This state is caused by the current state of the landscape that is unable to hold water. |
