| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá úspěšností implementace IS v konkrétní firmě. Popisuje podmínky a důvody, které firmu vedly k zahájení procesu výběru IS, provedení výběrového řízení a rozhodnutí o způsobu dodávky IS, skutečné náklady investované do IS po třech letech od podpisu předání projektu implementace a následně vyhodnocuje úspěšnost implementace pomocí dotazníkového šetření a měření vý-konnosti dvou klíčových procesů. Dotazníkové šetření ukazuje, že z pohledu běžných uživatelů nebyla implementace příliš úspěšná. Naopak provedením sledování klíčových procesů pomocí nefinančních výkonových ukazatelů bylo zjištěno, že díky implementaci IS došlo k zásadnímu zlepšení jejich průběhu a zvýšení výkonnosti uživatelů, kteří se těchto procesů zúčastňují. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the success of the implementation of the information system in a particular company. Describes the conditions and causes which led the firm to the start of the selection process of the information system, the accomplishment of the tender procedure and the decision on the delivery of the information system, actual costs invested in the information system after three years from signing the delivery of the implementation project, and subsequently evaluating the success of the implementation through questionnaire survey and measurement performance of two key processes. The questionnaire survey shows that implementation was not very successful from the point of view of ordinary users. On the contrary by performing key process tracking using non-financial performance indicators, it has been found that the implementation of the IS significantly improved their output and improved the performance of the users involved in these processes. |
