| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá postojem a reakcí vybraných mezinárodních organizací na válku v Čečensku. Konkrétně jde o OSN, OBSE a Radu Evropy. Cílem práce je ukázat, jak probíhal postupný vývoj daných postojů a reakcí během války a na základě jejich specifikace a analýzy zjistit, jestli se v průběhu války nějak změnily. V bakalářské práci byly použity dvě metody, a to konkrétně popis a analýza. První část práce se zaměřuje na teoretické vymezení vybraných mezinárodních organizací a jejich možností řešení konfliktů. Dále se práce věnuje průběhu války v Čečensku. Poslední část práce se zabývá konkrétními postoji a reakcemi vybraných mezinárodních organizací, včetně jejich změn. Práce reakce mezinárodních organizací hodnotí ve dvou rovinách – jaké postoje vyjadřovaly a jaké aktivity prováděly. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the attitude and reaction of selected international organizations to the war in Chechnya. In this case it is about the United Nations, the OSCE and the Council of Europe. The aim of the thesis is to show the development of attitudes and reactions during the war and based on their specification and analysis to determine whether they have changed during the war. Two methods were used in bachelor thesis, namely description and analysis. The first part of the thesis focuses on the theoretical definition of selected international organizations and their possibilities of solving conflicts. Furthermore, the thesis is devoted to the course of the war in Chechnya. The last part of the thesis deals with specific attitudes and reactions of selected international organizations, in two levels – what attitudes were expressed and what activites were performed. |
