| Abstract: | Po revoluci na Ukrajině v roce 2014 Bělorusko zůstalo posledním státem ve východní Evropě, který se může považovat za dlouhodobého a permanentního spojence Ruské federace na tomto kontinentu. Po rozpadu Sovětského svazu už uplynulo 27 let a Bělorusko zažilo různé fáze ekonomické a politické spolupráce hlavně se svými velice vlivnými sousedy – Ruskem a Evropskou unií, mezi nimiž se geograficky nachází. Bělorusko má výhodnou geografickou polohu z politického a ekonomického hlediska. Je to stát v geografickém centru Evropy, na pomezí ruské a západní civilizace, o němž se v Evropě málo hovoří. Tato bakalářská práce popisuje historický vývoj běloruské ekonomiky za vlády Sovětského svazu, v době 90. let 20. století a současnou ekonomickou situaci. Také analyzuje obchodní a politické vazby na Rusko, EU a Ukrajinu – sousedy Běloruska. |

| Abstract: | After revolution in Ukraine in 2014 Belarus remained the last state in Eastern Europe, that can be considered as a long-term and permanent ally of the Russian Federation on this continent. After the break-up of the Soviet Union elapsed 27 years and Belarus has experienced different stages of economic and political cooperation, mainly with its very powerful neighbours - Russia and the European Union. Belarus has a favourable geographic location from a political and economic point of view. It is a state in the geographic centre of Europe, on the border of Russian and Western civilizations and in Europe is not spoken a lot. This bachelor thesis describes the historical development of the Belarusian economy during the Soviet Union, during the 1990s and the current economic situation. It also analyses business and political ties to Russia, the EU and Ukraine - neighbours of Belarus. |
