| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je analyzovat, zda má kultura vliv na důvěru k online transakcím a zda má tato důvěra vztah k dalším online aktivitám, jako je nakupování zboží a potravin online, rezervování cest a dovolených online a online banking. Práce také zjišťovala, zda se mezi jednotlivými kulturami liší míra důvěry k online transakcím. Hodnocená data pochází ze studie Mindreader. Hypotézy byly testovány pomocí metody chí-kvadrát a Pearsonových adjustovaných residuí. Byly zamítnuty nulové hypotézy o nezávislosti. Existuje významný vztah mezi kulturními dimenzemi a důvěrou k online transakcím a mezi důvěrou k online transakcím a četností provádění online aktivit. Mezi jednotlivými kulturami se míra důvěry k online transakcím významně neliší. Práce byla podpořena akademickými zdroji, byly uvedeny limity výzkumu a navrhnuty možnosti k dalšímu studiu. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this dissertation is to analyse, whether culture influences trust to online transactions and whether trust impacts online activities, such as online shopping of goods and groceries, online booking of holidays and travel and online banking. The dissertation aimed to find out whether level of trust to online transactions differs between cultures. Data from Study Mindreader were tested by Chi-Square Test and Pearsons´ Residuals. Null hypotheses for a Chi-Square Test of Independence were rejected. There is a significant relationship between Hofstede´s cultural dimensions and trust to online transactions and between trust to online transactions and frequency of doing online activities. The level of trust to online transactions does not differ significantly between cultures. The dissertation was supported by academic articles, there were stated limitations of this research and suggestions for further research. |
