| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je analýza zaměstnaneckých benefitůz pohledu vysokoškolských studentů. Prostřednictvím provedené analýzybyl získán komplexní pohled vysokoškolských studentů a absolventů,jakožto potenciálních budoucích zaměstnanců, na systém odměňování azaměstnanecké benefity. Pro zjištění zájmu mladých o benefity bylovyužito dotazníkové šetření a polostrukturované rozhovory. Výsledky jsouinterpretovány pomocí SWOT analýzy. Závěr práce obsahuje doporučenípro zaměstnavatele i budoucí zaměstnance. Obsahem teoretické části práceje vymezení základních pojmů z oblasti benefitů. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze employee benefits interms of university students. A comprehensive view on the remunerationsystem and employee benefits of university students and graduates, aspotential future employees, was obtained through the analysis.Questionnaire surveys and semi-structured interviews were used in orderto identify young people's interest in benefits. Results are interpreted byusing SWOT analysis. The conclusion of the thesis containsrecommendations for employers as well as for future employees. Thetheoretical part defines the basic concepts of benefits and remunerationsystem. |
