| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá sociálně kognitivní teorií a jejím využitím v managementu. Cílem práce bylo vypracovat konceptuální teoretický rámec pro zpracování části praktické, dále v konkrétní organizaci ověřit využívání a působení vybraných aspektů sociálně kognitivní teorie a na základě zjištěných poznatků navrhnout případné možnosti zlepšení manažerské práce v souladu s teoretickým rámcem sociálně kognitivní teorie. V teoretické části byly vymezeny pojmy se sociálně kognitivní teorií související, možnosti zvyšování self-efficacy u pracovníků a spojitost s motivací a výkonem. Praktická část byla zpracována na základě dotazníkového šetření mezi technicko-hodpodářskými zaměstnanci a příslušnými manažery v nejmenované organizaci. Po vyhodnocení dotazníků byla navržena doporučení pro efektivnější využívání sociálně kognitivní teorie v praxi manažerů. |

| Abstract: | The subject of this diploma thesis was social cognitive theory in management. The aim was to compile a conceptual theoretical framework for the practical part, to verify the use and operation of selected aspects of social cognitive theory and to find possible ways to improve managerial work according to the theoretical framework of social cognitive theory. In the theoretical part was defined concept of social cognitive theory, possibilities of increasing of self-efficacy and the connection of motivation and achievement. The practical part was compiled on the basis of a questionnaire survey between technical-manpower empoloyees and managers in unnamed organization. Reccomendation for more effective use of social cognitive theory was based on evaluation of questionnaries. |
