| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou zákaznické zkušenosti a zákaznické spokojenosti. Teoretická část mapuje a shrnuje základní pojmy a informace z literárních zdrojů týkajících se tématu spokojenosti zákazníků. V praktické části jsou využity teoretické poznatky a zmapovány interní zdroje společnosti AmRest s cílem zhodnocení nového systému na monitorování a řízení zákaznické spokojenosti. |

The theoretical part summarizes concepts and information from literary sources connected with the topic of customer satisfaction as theory of customer experience pyyramid or Kano model of customer satisfaction. The practical part explores the theoretical knowledge and maps AmRest company's internal resources to evaluate the new system for monitoring and managing customer satisfaction. |
