| Abstract: | Práce staví na kvantitativním výzkumu a analyzuje vybranou skupinu (spotřebitelský koš) produktů na českém a vybraném sousedním trhu z hlediska složení a ceny produktů. Kvantitativní část je doplněna senzorickým experimentem s reálnými spotřebiteli s cílem zjistit, zda rozdílné složení skutečně reflektuje "specifické požadavky českých zákazníků.Teoretická část se zabývá teorií kulturních rozdílů v kontextu jednak spotřebitelského chování, jednak strategického řízení firem s ohledem na adaptaci produktů na lokální trhy. |

| Abstract: | The thesis builds on quantitative research and analyzes the selected group (consumer basket) of products on the Czech and selected neighboring markets in terms of composition and price of products. The quantitative part is complemented by a sensory experiment with real consumers in order to find out if the different composition really reflects the "specific requirements of Czech customers.The theoretical part deals with the theory of cultural differences in the context of both consumer behavior and strategic management of companies with regard to adapting products to local markets. |
