| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou dotací Evropské unie. V práci je popsána historie vzniku EU s ohledem na vznik regionální politiky a vznik strukturálních fondů EU. Dále je popsán metodický rámec vzniku a realizace projektového záměru, tedy podkladu pro žádost o dotaci z EU fondů. V praktické části diplomové práce jsou aplikovány teoretické poznatky a je vytvořena souhrnná analýza, která vyhodnocuje proveditelnost a efektivitu projektu a zároveň slouží jako vstup pro vznik klíčových projektových dokumentů, které jsou nedílnou součástí žádosti. |

| Abstract: | The master thesis is focused on the funding system by the European Union. This thesis discusses the history of the EU in the context of regional politics and creation of structural funding programs. The first half of the thesis describes the theoretical creation, methodology and realization of an EU funded project. The master thesis further analyzes the practical application of the theories in order to evaluate the efficiency and feasibility of the EU funded project. The analysis and evaluations of the feasibility study is further used as input for other key project documents required for the funding application. |
