| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá fenoménem Migrace, který v posledních letech hýbe mediálním i politickým světem v celé Evropě. I v České republice v posledních letech každým rokem rostou počty cizinců, kteří na daném území dlouhodobě pobývají. Text se zaměřuje specificky na imigraci z Ukrajiny. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda a které teorie migrace mohou tento fenomén uspokojivě vysvětlit. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a empirickou část. V teoretické části jsou vyjmenovány některé základní teorie migrace, které umožňují různé úhly pohledu na toto téma a metodologie provedení dotazníkového šetření, která stanoví rámec dalšího zkoumání. V praktické části bude provedeno zkoumání makroekonomických a dalších ukazatelů a publikovány výsledky dotazníkového šetření, které umožní potvrdit či vyvrátit závěry, které jednotlivé teorie migrace předpokládají. Práce dochází k závěru, že přestože se aplikované teorie migrace mohou v řadě věcí výrazně lišit a příčiny migrace mohou vidět jinde, v zásadě každá z nich dokáže faktory vedoucí k migraci z Ukrajiny do České republiky identifikovat. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the phenomenon of migration, which in recent years had impact on both the media and political world throughout Europe. Even in the Czech Republic, in recent years, the number of foreigners living on given territory is growing every year. The text focuses specifically on immigration from Ukraine. The main goal of the thesis is to find out whether and which migration theories could explain this phenomenon satisfactorily. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and empirical part. In the theoretical part are listed some basic theories of migration, which allow different viewpoints on this topic and the methodology of the questionnaire survey which provides a framework for further investigation. The practical part will examine the macroeconomic and other indicators and publish the results of the questionnaire survey, which will confirm or refute the conclusions that the various migration theories assume. The work concludes that although applied migration theories can vary considerably in a number of cases and the causes of migration can be seen elsewhere, in the principle each of them can identify the factors leading to migration from Ukraine to the Czech Republic. |
