| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se věnuje vnímané bezpečnosti bank pohledem českých retailových klientů. Jejím cílem je zjistit, jaké jsou determinanty vnímané bezpečnosti bank v českém prostředí, a určit, jak vnímaná bezpečnost ovlivňuje volbu bankovní instituce. Design výzkumu je sekvenční kvalitativně-kvantitativní. V rámci první fáze byly vedeny strukturované rozhovory. Následná kvantitativní část pracovala s výstupy té kvalitativní a byla realizována formou dotazníkového šetření. V praktické části je nejdříve analyzováno, jaké atributy si čeští retailoví klienti spojují s pojmem „bezpečné“ a následně také „méně bezpečné“ banky. Dále je práce zaměřena na kritéria výběru bank v českém prostředí a je objasněn vliv vnímané bezpečnosti na výběr bankovní instituce. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with the perceived safety/security of banks from the perspective of the Czech retail clients. It aims to identify the determinants of the perceived safety/security of banks in the Czech environment and to determine how the perceived safety/security affects the choice of a banking institution. Research design is sequential qualitatively-quantitative. In the first phase of the research, structured interviews were conducted. The subsequent quantitative part used the outputs of the qualitative part and was carried out in the form of a questionnaire survey. In the analytical part, the work firstly analyses which attributes the Czech retail clients associate with the term "safe/secure" and consequently "less safe/secure" banks. Furthermore, the work is focused on the selection criteria for banks in the Czech environment and it also clarifies the impact of perceived safety/security on the choice of banking institutions. |
