| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je zpracování podnikatelského plánu na založení společ-nosti Monkeys s. r. o. a posouzení jeho životaschopnosti. Podnikatelským záměrem je provozování hracího koutku pro děti a mini kavárny pro rodiče v Praze. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou částí: teoretické a praktické. První kapitola teoretické části je věnována problematice zahájení podnikatelské činnosti v České republice, popisuje právní formy podnikání a proces získání živnostenského oprávnění. Ve druhé kapitole jsou probírány teoretické základy zpracování podnikatelského planu a podrobně popsána struktura podnikatelského planu. Třetí kapitola zahrnuje aplikační, tudíž prak-tickou část, kde podle teoretických základů je vypracován podnikatelský plán. Jednou z nejdůležitějších částí podnikatelského plánu je finanční plán, který obsahuje rozpočet potřeby startovního kapitálu, plán výkazu zisku a ztráty, zahajovací a konečnou rozva-hu a přehled o peněžních tocích pro první rok podnikání. Finanční plán je sestaven ve variantě pesimistické, realistické a optimistické. V závěru bakalářské práce je zhodno-ceno, zda projekt je životaschopný a realizovatelný. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to prepare a business plan for the establishment of Monkeys s. r. o. and to assess its viability. The business plan is based on operating a children's playground and a mini café for their parents in Prague. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The first chapter of the theoretical part is devoted to the issue of starting a business activity in the Czech Republic, describes the legal forms of business and the process of obtaining a trade license. The second chapter discusses the theoretical basis of the business plan elaboration and the detailed structure of the business plan. The third chapter contains the practical part, where according to the theoretical basis, a business plan is developed. One of the most important parts of the business plan is the financial plan that includes the calculation of the starting capital, the profit and loss statement plan, the start-up and final balance sheet, and the overview of cash flows for the first year of business. The financial plan is compiled in three scenarios: a pessimistic, a realistic and an optimistic. At the end of the bachelor's thesis, it is evaluated whether the project is well-grounded and viable. |
