| Abstract: | Tématem mé bakalářské práce je slovo jako mocný nástroj člověka – manažera. V práci se především věnuji důležitosti komunikace se zaměřením na verbální komunikaci, typem verbální komunikace a komunikačními kompetencemi. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, a to teoretické části a praktické části. Teoretická část objasňuje základní pojmy a poznatky k dané témě, spravované z odborných zahraničních u českých publikací, které jsou uvedené v seznamu literatury. Praktická část je zaměřena na zjišťování nejdůležitějších a nejpoužívanějších typů verbální komunikace manažerů z různých oblastí působení a názorů studentů na přístup k rozvoji a zdokonalování nejdůležitějších typů verbální komunikace a s nimi související komunikační kompetence, které byly vymezené manažery. Výsledky jsou prezentované formou grafů, komentářů a tabulek. Závěr práce obsahuje diskusi o výsledcích, které jsou podložené návrhy na řešení přímo od studentů fakulty managementu. |

| Abstract: | The theme of my bachelor thesis is the word as a powerful instrument of a man – a manager. In particular, I deal with the importance of communication focusing on verbal communication, type of verbal communication and communication competencies. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts, namely the theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts and knowledge on the topic, elaborated from foreign scientific and Czech publications, which are listed in the literature. The practical part is focused on the identification of the most important and most widely used types of verbal communication by managers from different fields of activity and the opinions of students on access to development and improvement of the most important types of verbal communication defined by managers and related communication competencies. The results are presented in graphs, comments and tables. The conclusion of the thesis includes a discussion of the results supported by the draft solutions directly from the students of the faculty of management. |
