| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá problematikou projektového řízení v konkrétní organizaci. Cílem této práce je analýza projektového řízení v bance a porovnání způsobu řízení s obecnými metodikami. Literární rešerše obsahuje přehled obecných principů a metodik projektového řízení. Za metodiku práce bylo zvoleno studium interních dokumentů banky, rozhovory ze zaměstnanci banky a zkušenosti získané z praxe řešitele. Praktická část obsahuje konkrétní popis projektového řízení v bance, včetně životního cyklu projektu, organizační struktury a používaných procesů. V závěru je shrnuto projektové řízení v bance, které je následně porovnáno s obecnými metodikami. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis focuses on the project management within a specific organization. The aim of this paper is to analyze the project management of a bank, and to compare the methods used in this organization with the general project methodologies. The theoretical part of the thesis provides an overview of general principles and methodologies of project management. It comprises information gathered by studying internal documentation, interviewing employees of the bank and also personal experience gained by the researcher himself in practice. The practical part provides detailed description of project management within a specific bank, including the project lifecycle, organizational structure and methods used. The conclusion of the thesis summarizes project management used in the bank compared to the general methodologies. |
