| Abstract: | Práca sa vo svojej teoretickej časti zoberá pojmom spokojnosti ako predmetu merania, spôsobmi, akými je možné spokojnosť merať, tým, čo je možné z takéhoto merania zistiť, a možnosťami, ako využiť metódy merania spokojnosti využívané apriórne v komerčnom sektore pre zistenie úrovne spokojnosti rezidentov v zariadeniach so-ciálnych služieb, špecificky v domovoch pre seniorov. Ďalej tiež popisuje a porovnáva právne ukotvenie a podmienky ústavnej starostlivosti o seniorov v Českej a Slovenskej republike. V praktickej časti je táto práca zameraná na meranie spokojnosti seniorov v starostlivosti domovov pre seniorov v Košiciach a v Českých Budějoviciach, na po-rovnanie úrovne spokojnosti rezidentov týchto domovov, ako aj porovnanie úrovne spokojnosti rezidentov každého z domovov na základe pohlavia, a na analýzu namera-ných výsledkov za účelom nájdenia možných riešení ako zvýšiť, poprípade udržať vy-sokú úroveň spokojnosti seniorov v týchto domovoch, poprípade vo všeobecnosti v ČR a na Slovensku. Praktická časť bola spracovaná formou dotazníkov pre rezidentov uve-dených zariadení, rozhovorov so zamestnancami a následnou analýzou nameraných výsledkov vrátane, chí–kvadrát testu. |

| Abstract: | In its theoretical part, the thesis takes on the concept of satisfaction as the subject of measurement, the methods of measurment of satisfaction, what is possible to find out by such measurment and the possibilities of use of the methods of satisfaction measurment, that are primarily used in the commercial sector, to measure the satisfaction of residents in social service facilities, more specifically, in homes of social services for seniors. It also describes and compares the legal anchorages and conditions of institutional care for seniors in Czech Republic and in Slovak Republic.The practical part of the thesis is aimed at the measurment of satisfaction of seniors in the care of the retirement homes in Košice and in České Budějovice, at the comparison of level of satisfaction of residents of the two facilities, as well as the comparison of the satisfaction level of residents of each facility depending on their gender, and the analysis of the measured results, with the purpose of finding possible solutions on how to increase, or maintain a high level of satisfaction of seniors living in these facilities, or, optionally, in Czech Republic and Slovakia in general. The practical part was processed in the form of questionnaires for the residents of the facilities, interviews with the employees and subsequent analysis of the results, including chi-quadrate test. |
