| Abstract: | Předmětem zkoumání diplomové práce je potenciál a konkurenceschopnost Středočeského kraje v mezinárodním cestovním ruchu. Zhodnocení řízení destinace a nabídky služeb z hlediska dostatečného množství ubytovacích a stravovacích kapacit, kvality a dostupnosti služeb pro domácí i zahraniční návštěvníky.Cílem práce je zhodnotit celkový potenciál konkurenceschopnosti Středočeského kraje pro mezinárodní cestovní ruch podle modelu 6A a prokázat kvalitu řízení destinačního managementu a nabízených služeb na úrovni domácího i mezinárodního cestovního ruchu. Dílčím cílem je prokázat učinnost jednotné klasifikace Českého systému kvality služeb v souvislosti se standartizací kvality nabídky služeb v cestovním ruchu v kraji. |

| Abstract: | The subject of the diploma thesis is the potential and competitiveness of the Central Bohemia Region in international tourism. Assessing destination management and service offerings in terms of sufficient accommodation and catering capacities, quality and availability of services for both domestic and foreign visitors.The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the overall competitiveness potential of the Central Bohemian Region for international tourism according to model 6A and to demonstrate the quality of the management of the destination management and the offered services at the level of domestic and international tourism. The partial aim is to demonstrate the effectiveness of a uniform classification of the Czech Quality System in connection with the standardization of the quality of services offered in tourism in the Region. |
