| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vietnamskou gastronomií a jejími tradicemi. Cílem práce je analyzovat vybraná vietnamská stravovací zařízení, posoudit jejich nabídku, blíže představit tuto exotickou kuchyni veřejnosti a následně z výzkumu posoudit její míru oblíbenosti a informovanosti. V práci byly použity metody deskripce, analýzy a komparace. První část se zaměřuje na vymezení základních pojmů souvisejících s cestovním ruchem a gastronomií. Dále se práce věnuje obecné charakteristice Vietnamu a kultuře vietnamské gastronomie. Další kapitola se zabývá popisem a hodnocením vybraných podniků. Poslední část analyzuje poptávku a povědomí o vietnamské kuchyni pomocí vlastního dotazníkového šetření. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with Vietnamese gastronomy and its traditions. The aim of the thesis is to analyze selected Vietnamese catering facilities and to evaluate their supply, also to introduce this exotic cuisine to the public and to assess its popularity and awareness. The methods of description, analysis and comparison were used in the thesis. The first part focuses on explanation of main terms from the fields of tourism and gastronomy. Furthermore, the thesis is devoted to the general characteristics of Vietnam and the culture of Vietnamese gastronomy. The next chapter deals with the description and evaluation of selected facilities. The last part analyses the demand and awareness of Vietnamese cuisine using a questionnaire survey. |
