| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se věnuje uceleným rysům a vlastnostem generace Y v cestovním ruchu. Cílem práce je souhrnná deskripce této kohorty a definování převažujících motivů a preferencí v cestovním ruchu. Práce se tedy v úvodních částech zabývá typologií cestovního ruchu a životním stylem v teoretické rovině. Poté podává ucelenou deskripci generace Y, kde se věnuje jejími rysy, porovnává kohortu s jinými generacemi a dále popisuje rozdíly generace Y mezi sebou v závislosti na světadíl, ve kterém žijí. V posledních částech teoretické části jsou popsány preference generace Y v cestovním ruchu. Ve své empirické části práce se tyto jevy analyzují pomocí kvantitativního dotazníkového šetření v praxi. |

| Abstract: | Master thesis deals with summarized traits of generation Y in tourism. The main aim of the thesis is to describe specific motives of this cohort in tourism. In its preliminary parts the thesis describes the typology of tourism and developing the lifestyle in general. In last theoretical chapter the thesis provides summarized description of generation Y. The cohort is compared with other generations, and also there is a comparisson of the differences among generation Y in addition to continent, where they live. Then the preferences of generation Y in tourism are evaluated. In thesis empirical part there is conducted the marketing quantitative research in form of surveys, where the Paper analises the motives and preferences in tourism in praxis. |
